US ‘War Alert’ Issued To

Russia’s Strategic Rocket Forces (a separate branch of Russia's Armed Forces) are reporting to the Kremlin today that Commander Col.-General Nikolai Solovtsov has received an ‘urgent’ communication from his American counterparts (as per the provisions of the START 1 Strategic Nuclear Arms Control Agreement signed between Russia and the US in 1991) notifying Russian Military Authorities that the United States will, essentially, go to ‘full war footing’ this weekend.
The reasons stated by the Americans for going on ‘war footing’, according to these reports, are twofold, with the first being their intention to begin transferring all of the their weapons grade plutonium to their Savannah River Site located in South Carolina, and, secondly, their intention to begin their largest ‘terror exercise’ in history by ‘simulating’ the explosion of nuclear armed ‘dirty bombs’ in American cities.
Of these two events we can read as confirmed by American sources:
As reported on October 3rd by the Associated
Press News Service: "The
nation is preparing for its biggest terrorism exercise ever next week when three
fictional "dirty bombs" go off and cripple transportation arteries in
two major U.S. cities and Guam, according to a document obtained by The
Associated Press.
As reported October 1st by the Institute for
Southern Studies: “The
U.S. Department of Energy plans to begin shipping plutonium to the Savannah
River Site near Aiken, S.C. as early as Friday -- The shipments are so secret
that not even the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency -- which usually works
with agencies transporting nuclear material -- has been given any information
about them, according to the paper.
These reports detail that Russian Military Leaders are ‘shocked’ that the Americans would begin the transferring of their nuclear weapons grade plutonium stocks while simultaneously holding a massive terror exercise, especially in light of the events of September 11, 2001, and which show the confusion military exercises can have on response times while also being attacked:

We should also note that coinciding with these events
there are a couple of intriguing esoteric ones occurring too.
The first one being the entrance
into London of a giant replica from tomb of the ancient Egyptian Pharaoh
Tutankhamun of the ancient jackal-headed Egyptian god of the dead Anubis; and
the mummy of the boy pharaoh Tutankhamun being put
on display back inside of his tomb in Egypt’s Luxor Valley of the Kings.
The importance of these events, and as we know, lie in
Tutankhamun’s and ancient Egypt’s adherence to the Cult
of Amen which has subsumed Western Christianity for over 1,500 years to the
point we see today that they have all become worshipers of the sun (son) even to
ending their prayers with the ancient Egyptian invocation to this ‘hidden’
god of the sun by saying “Amen”.
And, if the ancient Egyptian prophecies are true, the
sending forth by Tutankhamun from his grave the god of the dead, Anubis, does
indeed presage a World destined to become one of death and destruction on a
scale not seen since the last age when our Earth was last overturned.
